Overclocking issue..need help guys

hi im a new fanatic into overclocking please help.. i got

Phenom x4 9650 2300
DRAM 2gb
ECS A780GM-A v1.1
ATI Radeon HD 4650
Vantec aeroflow fx120

i oc my cpu to 2500 changing the 200 to 218x11.5,DRAM 400 to 435.6,DRAM has timings of 6-6-6-18-24-2T (CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC-CR), FSBRAM 1:2,....
video card hd4650 gpu clock 600(635),mem clock 400(430)..

are those correct? i want to change my FSB ratio to 1:1 because i have read that it is the best ratio.. what am i suppose to do?
