Just built a new q6600 rig, now which progs to test all

hello, just finished building a q6600, 4850, 4gig gskill. etc

now, which programs do i need to test everything??? temps of mobo, hd's, etc?

im guessing cpuz?? i think

and memtest 86 to test ram?? but what other progs will i need to test everything and make sure temps are good.
