How do i get rid of privacy repor in task bar?

the privacy report icon has shown up in task bar, & i am unable to click on links & get them to open now?
cant seem to get rid of it or chance it to allow cookies? thanx

Switch to FireFox and leave all the troubles to them that just don't know any better.
