Going to keep this going for awhile im thinking of switching from water cooling to fan and heatsink and adding a 120mm fan but trying to see if my system is really getting hot or not.

Also i find it odd that both fans are the same and one only goes to less than half the other one does *shrug*

I run an Athlon Dual Core, but mine is the 6000+. The processors operating range maxes at around 65c but its always best to try to stay as far below this as you can. Even on air cooling with the same type of processor but one that is higher up then yours I am maxing at under 60c after an hour long stress test keeping both cores maxed. This is while running two Radeon 4850's in my case which generate alot of heat. I would say something is wrong with your setup, with water cooling you should be well under the 64c that your processor is seeming to max out at. But that temp shouldn't damage your processor although it may insignifigantly shorten the life span.

My entire cooling setup
1.) Asus Processor (forgot the exact name)
2.) 2 front 120mm fans
3.) 1 rear 120mm fan
4.) Thermaltake armour case with 250mm side fan

Also since you are running an Athlon processor, try using AMD overdrive to check your temps and compare them to what speed fan is saying.
