Micro- ATX mobo's?

Looking for a good micro-atx mobo for my wife's InWin Allure case. Running XP; 7200rpm HD; 4850 VC and 4 gig of memory (2x2gig).

Suggestions on a good choice for the mobo?

How about the ASUS P5Q-VM LGA 775 Intel G45 ?

The two ASUS G45 boareds look the same except for onboard HDMI support. I built the VM model of 965 a few years ago. The BIOS options like voltage (voltage regulators) and the southbridge (RAID capability) were the major difference in the 965 VM and the more expensive 965 VM-DO. I returned the 965 VM and still have my 965 VM DO running. Looks like that is not the case with the ASUS G45 boards. HDMI available seems to be the ony major difference between the two. My ASUS G35 has on board HDMI. I do n ot currently use that board with my Samsung 40" 1080i. I do use an HDMI adapter with the ASUS 965 VM DO though. But I use a 9600GT currently with HDMI hookup. 8)
