Tpower I45

Hello all. I'm new here at Tom's. I'm somewhat familiar with pc building but im no expert and i need some advice. I'm building a gaming pc on a budget and I'm split between two motherboards. The Biostar Tpower i45 and the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P. I'm using a q6600 and i plan to overclock to around 3.0. Ill be running a zotac gtx260 core 216 overclocked and patriot viper 1066 ddr2(the green ones). I'm looking for a mild overclock as i have already said but over anything i want stability. I know this is asking for a little much but i would like everything to work out of the box. i'll be running vista..bleh.. premium x64. If these two motherboards won't be best for me i would like you to recommend one. Thanks.

bump. anyone? i would just like a recommendation for a p45 motherboard that will overclock well and will work out of the box with all the parts listed.
