Gaming Rig Criticism Wanted

COOLER: XIGMATEK HDT-S1283
MONITOR: BenQ V2400W
OS: Vista Home Premium 64bit

This will be my second buiild. It will be mostly a video game/movie watching machine along w/ some school programs (autocad, matlab, etc). I did a fair amount of research putting this together, but wanted an outside opinion. Also was wondering will the CPU cooler fit the mobo w/o buying a retention bracket? Thanks guys!

Is the $7 really going to be the one to break your wallet? Really, just get it and save yourself the hassle of the push pins.

corsair vx 650w is way better esp at the price they are right now
i would've gotten the retention bracket and ocz freeze and q6600
