I haven't seen any newsthreads on when the 1GB versions of the 4870 are coming out. If anything, it seems like places like newegg are discontinuing ASUS's 4870 cards for some reason. I want to buy a "2nd gen" 4870 card with 1gb ram. Any ideas? Mid Sept?
