Measure it, and look at the height of the cooler, add the Mobo height, bam you got it. There are TONS of micro ATX cases. So it's pretty much up to you to do the math.

Ok I guess I should have made this a little more clear.
will there be room on the board ? will this heatsink interfere with ram slots
or PCI express slot ?

I looked at your WC I7 975 in another forum looks pretty sweet
