I have some medical documents that are in .pdb format, what (free)
viewer can I use to read them on a pc running windows xp?

..pdb is a general extension covering any Palm database. Any program
could have generated it. You need to use a Palm, and the program that
generated it, to view it. I'm not aware of any viewer, free or not, that
can open all .pdb files. You might have a try with notepad, and see if
it's mostly text. There will be some headers that are unreadable, but
there is a slight chance you can get most of the data out. Or maybe not,
depending on what program generated it. Many apps compress their files,
so they're not human-readable.

That's likely a proprietary format, and you probably will need the Palm
app to read it. Often these type files are compressed using some
algorithm, perhaps zlib, perhaps not.
