A920 drivers

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron running XP and an A920 printer. Are they compatible?

once you have turned off the antivirus, loaded the printer software, restarted, turned the antivirus back on
click start, control panel, printers and faxes, is your printer on the list? Is there a green check-mark on the printer you are trying to use? Or is the wrong printer selected?
