Hey guys i have a crapy Iqon laptop tha thas 126mb or ram i think. I did a scan on it and it says the ram is DDR2. Is pc ram different for laptop ram?

That is correct.
Desktop DDR2 and laptop DDR2 are not interchangable.
Look on your laptop's support page for the maximum supported memory configuration/speed.

Use CPU-Z to verify the amount of memory and slots available if needed.
