i know this is wrong section to post this qustion but more ppole go threw it and i need a answer!!!

I am replacing my motherboard so im trying to take off my heat sink witch is the Tuniq tower i cant seem to get off these thumb screws i did so much research on it i cant seem to find any thing on it so please anyone run it to this problem or have any suggestions help would be great thanks a lot..

The thumb screws are supposed to be lightly hand tightened, they should come off with ease. Someone put some lock-tight on the threads perhaps, not sure.
