I have a MSI P965 Neo, and I was looking to upgrade my RAM from 2gb of Patriot memory to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 820231122.

Will this RAM be compatible with my motherboard? I have Windows XP professional, and I know I won't reach the full 4gb, but it will still be an upgrade from my 2gb.

Since they only require 1.8V - 1.9V, they should work fine.
