I would like to overclock to about 3.3GHz safely. Does anyone have the settings

What have you tried so far, and what clock speeds have you attained? My experience is that, the more you show people here that you've at least tried something, the more they're willing to help.

I'm reluctant just to experiment. If I knew some of the basics of overclocking I would try but the last thing I want is a cooked system. My system consists of a Antec 1200 case, Evga X58 SLI LE mobo, Intel i7 920, Evga 295 GTX FTW graphics, 8800 GTX physics card, and two WD 640 Gig HDs. Display is a 1920 x 1200 Samsung.
