Im into the final stages of my computer, the last thing to do is to do a compatability check, ive checked it over myself. Im sure that the Motherboard supports Quad Core 2 Duo, and the ram. Not sure whether the motherboard has to support SATA-II, or if it does, or whatever, and also not sure what graphics cards and how many it can take. Basically i need to know whether everything is compatable, so i dont order it and then one bit doesnt work.

Thanks. Also i dont really want anyone at this stage telling me to get something different unless it fixes a compatabity issue, or something.

Also i forgot to mention, i was going to overclock the CPU maybe to 3.0ghz, using the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. Not sure about the temps of the mobo and stuff, pretty sure that p35 is good for Overclocking though.

It's a fine list!

K, so just checking, the motherboard does say it has SATA support, just checking does this include SATA-II.
If it does it looks like im already to go.

Just one last thing. Will The motherboard and PSU allow me to add another 4850 later, or dont i have a big enough PSU

Reply to MaD

Yes it's "SATA 3Gb/s" and that means SATA II.

No, the motherboard does not support Crossfire. The PSU might, but I would leave myself more margin.

Get the ASUS P5Q Pro and the Corsair 750TX if you want to go that route.

k, il probably just stick to this mobo seeing that i wont need it for that long. When the nahelm or whatever its called stuff comes down in price, buy like next year i might get some of that.
