Graphics Card Fit

i would like to get a nice 10" (9800-8800) graphics card ...
but where my pci express slot is located ... i only have 6" from the PCI-E slot to the end of the sata cables and i cant find a card that small (there might be one... but not with good stats)
is there a way i can fit a 10" in here...
i have see something called a riser but i don't know if that's what i need or not

please help

Don't think you'll find a card good enough for that size. See if your mobo/psu use standard mounting holes and buy a new case if they do. Just a suggestion. Also check that your psu is powerful enough for the gfx card you buy
