Windows 7 (or Vista) driver for "G5" External HDD enclosure

I have lost the driver disk for a "G5" (case has G5 on it, nothing to do with Mac though) 2.5" HDD enclosure. I believe this is manufactured by Kintec

Windows 7 is unable to install any default driver, it shows as "Unknown device" in Device Manager. The green LED is on, however the red HDD activity LED never shows.
Anyone know where I could get a driver for this?
