I am upgrading my E2200 to and E5200. My MoBo settings are currently set to overclock the E2200 and some other options. Do I have to reset the BIOS to default before replacing the CPU? I am not entirely sure but it seems like a good idea.

Anything else I should do?

Reset of the BIOS is a good start... confirm that the new e5200 is supported by the current bios version if not flash it to one that does.
