Hi All, i used my external hardrive on a mac and now when i use it again on a laptop, i cant get access to it. Please help

Mac formatted HDD can not be seen on a Windows system. You need to format it into a FAT so that you can used on both systems.

if i understand u correctly, plug in the external then go to disc management and see if it shows up there. you might have to re-initialize or re-import a foreign disc to get it back. if you format you will lose all data.
