Confused ???????? Which Grafix Card to Buy?????????

i have an two option???

1. GeForce 8800 GT Video Card 512MB GDDR3.

2. GeForce 9600 GT Video Card 512MB GDDR3.


Plz Solved my Problem at the earliest. or Suggest sum other Cards within the price range 125$ /5000/-

8800GT is faster...dont be deceive by the 9XXX naming

More stream processes.
64 => 112 makes a hell of a diffrence.
The 9600GT is a midrange card where the 8800GT is a higher end card.

8800GT, its much more powerful and will do u good in the long run........u might as well go for the 9800gt, which has almost the same specs as the 8800GT, but with a die shrink for the GPU. If u want longevity and value for money, the 8800gt is your best bet. Still if u can pay a little bit more.....the 4850 is a SIGNIFICANTLY better option.

Honestly at the MSRP of the 4850 you can almost SLI 8800GT's for 200$, you just have to find ones with rebates :)

 

But yeah 8800GT is better than 9600GT

 

BTW 9800GT=8800GT w/ TRI-SLI option
