Videocap software is not working in my xp?

hellow i am safeer
I brought a new web cam i instlled the software of that cam.
but the soft ware is not working why? it became "sent error report"
. i try another cam and its software it cause same problem.

turn off the anti virus and firewall, install your drivers, restart, turn the antivirus and firewall back on.
If you have installed multiple security programs, they must all be turned off when loading new software.
