Monoprice.com - Great quality, cheap prices.

There are several types of DVI, as sciggy addressed, most concern audio transfer.

There are a few minor differences in quality (ie generics to name brand) but there are 3 "flavors" of DVI to HDMI adaptor.

the first goes from the dvi (Male)port to the hdmi cable: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812270113
$6 (I have one of these on my HTPC, and have had no issues)

the second is a DVI (Male) to HDMI (Female)port: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812226015
$5.20 (note you still need an HDMI cable)

the third is: a DVI (Male) to HDMI (Male): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812337036
$4 (you still need a DVI cable to connect this one to a HDMI port)

All in all, I'd go with something like the first one. Fewer parts to replace if they go bad (less to troubleshoot if something happens).
