Great build so far!
If you are looking for a good midrange Mb, I would recomend either an ASUS P5Q-E or Gigabyte GA-X48-DS4.
If you have more $$ to spend, the Gigabyte's x48 chipset will give you more bandwith with future GPU's.
The ASUS fully supports CrossFire but at a reduced link speed.
With your current setup, if you decide to Cf your 4850 you will still have sufficint bandwith to game at 1920x1200 with no to minimal bottlenecking.
