I get disk boot failure after upping cpu speed 225 pts

i thought I was increasing gpu and accidentally increased cpu, now i get disk boot failure warning. Any advise

Asus 570 ultra AMD
Evga gtx 260
4 gb ram
2 hdd

yeah...just reset the bios, Problem solved.

If you are able to get into the bios just change it back.
