Hi,
I have put together a new pc, all new components, out of the box. I installed vista on one hard drive and was in the process of installing the necessary drivers. After everything worked fine, i attached 2 additional sata hard drives one brand new, one old..
Since then, the pc won't boot. Instead, I get 1 long bios beep and 2 short ones. Apparently that's a video issue.
I tried flashing the CMOS as some people here suggested (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16813131280) but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
I only get the beeps and no video...
Any help would be appreciated.
Try on board video, then install gpu's then try gpu.
If that doesnt work try taking out the additional hard drives and see if it will boot like that.
Also try with just 1 stick of ram.
I have the same motherboard as you (almost, I got M3N-HT DELUXE) and right now my computer wont do anything if there is more than 1 stick of ram in it. It USED to work, then one day it just decided to not work with mroe than 1 stick of ram.
If none of these work say so and we can start thinking of other things you can try
