Yes I have a network and I'm trying to network windows xp with vista. However. My xbox and my shared media files show up on the vista machine however, my shared downloads folder does not.


i am running windows xp home edition. i have installed all the protocols such as file sharing and ipx and spx. the folder is shared. i have tried changing working group names but when i do this the media folder and the xbox do not show up on the network.



i have go to be doing something wrong with windows xp. because the xbox 360 does not show up on my network places in windows xp
