Ok to overclock CPU on Dell 530s?

Hi all,

Is it safe to overclock my intel Pentium dual-core E5200? I have a 250 watt psu and ati radeon hd 4650 running already. I have a dell 530s

You will not be able to overclock since the bios is locked....
