Hey guys, I want to build a system with Intel Core i7 920 but I can't decide which mobo is better? Can you guys give me some suggestions?

At first I chose the Asus board but a guy's review said that it can't run dual channel lol so I'm kinda lost.
I'm kinda in favor of the Gigabyte mobo cause it is the only one that provides x16 x16 x8 speed on its PCI-Express 2.0 slots. And it also supports a maximum of 24gb instead of 12gb like the Asus.
Which of these mobo would you prefer?
