Liquid Cooling for my ATI HD 4870

I have a VisionTek HD 4870 and I want to overclock it.

I am running it on Windows Vista Home 32 bit

Can anybody give me some pointers on What are best Air and Liquid coolers for a Radeon HD 4870 ?

Also some tools and utilities for overclocking the HD 4870
