MFT problem

is there any software out there that make MFT backup? because i'm thinking that instead of doing the whole data recovery process (which is took a alot of time) why just not backup the MFT?

but i'm also wondering could this MFT corruption related to my hardware failure? i got this MFT problem around last week but it happen again today.

i'm using this disk primarily for data storage.

HDD: Western Digital 500GB Caviar Blue
