Don't get an IDE burner, get a SATA burner instead.

Do you really need a floppy disk drive? I haven't had one for 10 years.

You can certainly transfer the old hard disk to the new computer, but you should wipe it out and install Windows again.

Edit: get that OCZ RAM Shening suggested. It works fine with the P5Q Pro, based on newegg reviews.

I have the same OCZ ram only the 1066 version, they kick ass. Regarding the gfx card, if you look all have the same heat sink and same core clock. And it is much better than a 9600 GT. MUCH lol

Why not order just the PSU today while it's on sale? Aren't you putting it on a credit card? Whether you order today or next week you still pay the next credit card bill at the same date.

If you get two burners get two different ones, there are advantages that way.

Nop, 4850 is better than 9800 GTX, and the 9800 GT is slower than 9800 GTX

The HD 4850 also has the advantage that using two cards is possible on a MB with an Intel chipset, rather than an nVidia chipset.

Ah this is perfect for what my dad needs, the video card would need a replacement but not for a while; he also has 1gb of ddr2 ram in 512mbx2

its overall about 650 after mir savings AND shipping! Great deal, mobo isn't cheap becuase of the -50dollars on the shell deal thing!

itnstead of him spedning 400+ dollars to upgrade just SOME parts he can get a whole new one that is better and is only 650!
