Recently I reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows, now my belkin will randomly lose connection after 10 or so minutes and then reconnect and be stuck at 11mpbs. I have to restart to get it back to 54mbps.

Other than reformatting my computer and reinstalling windows nothing has changed and for the life of me I can't work out why this is happening. I have even downloaded the latest drivers off the belkin site.

I have a belkin router if that helps.

Any help is appreciated.
