Thanks for all the advice so far. I'm going to order this weekend so I was hoping if you guys could give it one more look over. Yet again I will not be overclocking I live in Hawai'i so our apartment is warm(80-90F), no SLI needed as my wife's screen in 1600x1050 and I need to order the case from Amazon or get free shipping from newegg(normaly does not apply to HI) and my budget is close to 1500 with shipping. The Antec 900 has a $40 rebate at the moment. Might help offset some shipping costs.

Vista Home Premium should be all you need: Vista Versions compared

You can easily step down a size in PSU. Corsair 550VX $75 after rebate or OCZ GameXStream 600W $60 after rebate

Change out the thermal compound from AS5 to Arctic Cooling MX-2 or OCZ Freeze

Maybe an upgrade to the CPU cooler too: ZEROtherm Nirvana $40 after rebate

Its hard to change out the case as Amazon has the tempest, and will ship for free, otherwise its about $100-$150 to ship a case from newegg to Hawaii.

Looked at those PSUs, I think I was even looking at the Corsair before. I have heard that with the 140mm fan the Xigmatex is very quite and cool, plus modular cables. I don't mind spending a little more than I need to on the PSU

I will go with the OCZ thermal grease, thanks.

Think I will step down to Vista Premium and pre-order Spore for her(and get a case of beer for myself) with the difference, thanks mate.

I really like the Hyper X2, its not the best for cooling, although its good, but its rather quite for the cooling you do get. I have a friend with the Zerotherm Nirvana and he really likes it
