Hey everyone.

I have the chance to get a ATi Firestream 1Gb DDR3 512bits.
I know this card is a revamped FireGL V7350 (R520) but with R580 and 1Gb.
I can get it for a really good price and the seller told me it performs, on games, like a X1950XTX.
I have a HD3850 512Mb right now and I can't figure out which one would be better.
I don't use CAD or 3DS Max too much, but as I can get it for a good price maybe it's worth.
Any thoughts?

Another thing.
I couldn't find drivers for this card on ATi's website. Can anyone help?

Thanx.

No, it is not worth the downgrade.
Even without the optimised drivers, your 3850 will still outperform it in professional apps.
In games, the 3850 will own it even harder.
If you really want an upgrade, get a 4850.

Well, I'll keep my 3850 then.
Maybe I get this Firestream just to sell for a higher price, as I can get it for a real bargain :p
Thanx for the quick replies.
