i want to find out which is worth my money, can someone help me out here :p

Hmmm.....
I suggest you to buy an Intel-System at the moment.

But your Intel-specs need some adjustments :
1. Xclio 3060 PLUS Black Silver Midi Tower Case w/o PSU - 36CM Side Fan!
No comments. I like Antec 900 and Coolermaster RC690.

2. Colors-IT 750W Gold Silent PSU12cmfan SATA
I prefer Corsair, Antec, Tagan, Silverstone, or Enermax for PSUs

3. Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4L NF650i SLi.
This OK but at the moment I am a fan of X38 or X48 mobo, because ATI has the upper hand.

4. Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Good.

5. Zalman CNPS9500-AT
This is out of date. If you like zalman then get CNPS9700, but I have found that Xigmatek HDT-S1283 (don't forget the bracket) is also good and cheaper.

6. OCZ 4GB PC2-6400 Vista Performance Gold (2x2GB)
Good

7. 512MB XFX 9800 GTX XT
Well.......I prefer HD4850 or HD4870, but it is your choice.

8. 500 GB Western Digital WD5000AACS Caviar Green, SATA II 300, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.9 ms, NCQ
Good.

9. 20x Samsung TSH653B 20X SATA DVDR-W Black
I use Samsung S203B.

10. + keyboard, mouse and Headset
Logitech LX110 is good (keyboard and mouse).

Xclio 3060 PLUS Black Silver Midi Tower Case w/o PSU - 36CM Side Fan!

550w Corsair VX Series PSU, ATX, PS/2, 5 year Warranty - see specs

Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP, iP35, S 775, PCI-E (x16), DDR2 1066/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 SLACR, Kentsfield Core, Socket 775, 2.40 GHz 1066MHz 8MB Cache, Retail

Zalman CNPS9700-NT NVIDIA Tritium Super Aero Flower Cooler

4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-18

512MB XFX 9800 GTX XT, PCI-E 2.0, Mem 2200MHz, GDDR3, GPU 720MHz, 128 Cores, 2x DL DVI-I/HDTV

500 GB Western Digital WD5000AACS Caviar Green, SATA 300, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.9 ms, NCQ

Optiarc (Sony/NEC) AD-7200S-0B 20xDVD±R, 8xDVD±DL, DVD+RW x8/-RW x6, DVD-RAM x12, SATA, Black, OEM,

Sharkoon Cosmic 5.1 Headphones & detachable microphone, (3.5 mm stereo jack / RCA plug),

Logitech G5 Laser Mouse, 2000dpi, USB 1.1/2.0, 7 Buttons, Black - Gamers Choice

Logitech Media Keyboard 600 Wired, USB 1.1/2.0, Black

NEW total: £643.18

1. I think that you should go with a HD4850 or HD4870 better than nVidias 9xxx series. HD4xxx is on the same class with the gtx2xx and has good price. Look! 9800GTX costs around 280 euro, GTX260 300euro, and HD4870 240 euro in germany. HD4870 is indeed the best choice.

2. If you are not gonna Xfire your system than P45 is more up to date than a P35. 550W is only enough for 1 GPU.

3. I don't wanna spent extra only for keyboard and mouse, I think Logitech EX110 (35 euro in germany) is already more than enough.

4. If you wanna cut your budget a little then Xigmatek HDT-S1283 is to be chosen. CNPS9700 is about 54 euro while HDT-S1283 is about 10 euro less.

5. If you don't need a quad than E7200 or E8400 is also worth considering. Especially E7200 since it is a lot cheaper than Q6600. You don't really need a quad if you gonna use your baby only for gaming.
E7200 about 105 euro, and Q6600 160 euro.

6. Don't get me wrong, but I think any of the available 5.1 headphones on the European market right now is not good enough, sharkoon, medusa, etc. I think you should keep the money, use the speaker on your monitor, and buy a good speaker system later after you have enough money.

7. I like a separate (non-onboard) WLAN module better.

I don't why but the prices seems to be differently arranged.
Some are more expensive, some are about the same, and some are cheaper.
But your 9800GTX is definitely a lot cheaper than here in germany.
How much is HD4850, and HD4870 in UK? This is perhaps the biggest difference.

9800 GTX or HD4850? They have about the same price.
Off topic : Hmmmm....Why does the price from 9800GTX explode in germany? It costs around 280 euro (about 220 pound),
Hmmmm.....I have done a little research....by other online shops it costs around 190-220 euro (140-170 pound)

oh and i would recommend something other than that RAM because
1: if you're using a 32 bit OS which im hoping you're not going to be doing, the warranty is void on that particular RAM
and 2: the timings are pretty average...you can get some nice cheap RAM with 4-4-4-12 timings around newegg/tiger direct
