Hi experts,

Is it possible that motherboard show different processor specifications due to BIOS and Jumper problem.

As earlier my toshiba main board had been replaced and since then it was showing me
intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T2370 @1.73GHz 794 MHz instead of core 2 duo processor T75550 1.83 MHz. when i checked my computer property.

I again visited toshiba service center and told them the problem. They took 4 hours and solved it. Now it is showing me core 2 duo processor T75550 1.83 MHz.

They told me that problem was with BIOS now they have updated bios version and rectified mainboard jumber.

Is this possible that due to these setting computer show different processor configuration?
