Can you put a boot image onto an SDHC card and boot from a phone?

So here is my problem, i would like to reformat my PC. my new Mobo doesnt support more then one IDE cable, so i had to use the IDE cable for my HDD, so my DVD drive is SOL. I was wondering if you could put a boot iso onto an SDHC card inside my phone and use it as a mass storage system to boot from, and reformat my PC?
