Place printer on taskbar

i don't know how to get printer icon on task bar would also like google on task bar as well.

If you mean you want them on the Quick Launch:
-- Cursor on Start Button
-- right-click, select properties
-- Select Taskbar tab, check Show Quick Launch
-- Click on Apply button, click on OK button
-- Drag the desktop icon for each program you want on the Quick launch bar to it.
