I bought this computer straight out of the box and in my task manager on my windows 8 underneath processes it says system interrupts. Using up to 10% of cpu it spikes to sometimes. Any idea on how to diagnose what this is? Have ran virus scans reformatted drive twice now have windows fully updated along with drivers from manufacter. Pease help really bugging me. I cannot open file location or end the task.

Interrupts are a mechanism by which the hardware (or a background device) can notify the processor that something requires attention, could be USB transfer, disk transfer something like that; nothing to worry about.

Yes, even simply moving your mouse activates an interrupt, the OS see's the interrupt which tells it that the mouse is being used and it must divert it's attention to what the mouse is doing (in extremely simple terms).
