Current motherboard question

I currently own a ASUS p5k se motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131189

Now my other specs are e6750 OC@3.2
evga 9600 gt
4 gb ddr2 ram

I was wondering am I fine Should I worry about getting a new board or just wait for the x58's to become more standard.

why are you concerned with the board? You wouldnt gain anything by changing the board, while the X58 is i7 - which means new ram as well.

I'd say you should be fine with the current setup - but it actually depends on your usage.
