Upgrade to Windows 7

I received my upgrade and when I installed it my CD/DVD stopped working and when I run a driver scan it says I have the most recent drivers, any thoughts

I assume you ran the upgrade by inserting the upgrade disc into the DVD drive - so the drive worked to do the install, right?

When you say it "stopped working", what does that mean? Does it mean that the drive doesn't show up in Explorer or in Device Manager, or that it won't play music, or won't automatically run software when you put a disk in?
