Ok so want I mainly want is a very fast boot drive, and i have up to $250 to spend. My current HDD is a Western Digital Caviar Black 32MB cache, 7200 RPM, and 1 TB space. Which one of these would show the largest speed up:

Why does that Corsair SSD have much higher read/write speeds but a very close price to the Intel SSD? And does that corsair SSD have that software that keeps it performing at high speeds even after heavy use (i think its called TRIM)?
