Was thinking about buying some new ram but I'm at a loss. Was looking at some mushkin DDR2 800

Newegg.com - mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146731

I'm not sure if to go DDR2 800 OR DDR2 1000 OR DDR2 1066

My current Setup is this :

Intel Pentium e5200 @ 3.9Ghz (390x10)
Giga-byte GA-EP35-DS3L
2GB DDR2 @ 780Mhz 4-4-4-12 @ +0.2
Radeon x1950pro 512MB
Seagate 160GB @ 7200rpm
SB Audigy2
Corsair 520HX
Super Antec Lanboy
Vista Ultimate SP1 64bit
Acer AL2216Wbd 22"

Someone please advise what RAM will be the best for my system
