Hi everybody.

I want some opinions about what could I do with some old Hardware that I have at home ....... There are Hardware enought to build 6 or maybe 8 (buying some cables, RAM memories and maybe some boards or HDDs).

PCs are between an AMD386 and an Intel Celeron Mendocino 500Mhz (Socket 370).

Just wait for your answeres. Bye!

you can probably use the old hard drive for storing data

new motherboards only come with one IDE connector so you could only use one hard drive.

^Unlikely.
I say build a few working ones and load an OS onto each one. Then stuff them in the back of a closet or bury them in a plastic box in your backyard. Then in ten or twenty years, bring them out and turn them on and gaze at the past and show your kids what a computer used to be like.

My friend just found a 1 mhz computer with 648 K of ram. Its fairly entertaining and makes a great conversation starter.
