Ordered a brand new Lian Li case (PC-6010) + matching card reader and bought a Thermaltake 550w PSU, so the ball is rolling (no more putting it off!!!)

Here is what I am going to order unless there is something very wrong and I should reconsider:

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037
Cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134
MB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128344
RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122
VGA - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127370
HD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136218
DVD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106263

Total is $740 with shipping. Have $250 into the case, card reader, and PSU.

Only issue is I am waiting for the video card to get back in stock. If it was in stock, I would have ordered already.

Thanks, really excited about replacing my 5 year old system!

as stranger said, it's extremely helpful if you type in what the product is before the link to make it easier to follow. but as for the actual build, it looks very good i'm sure you won't be disappointed by it!

Agreed - easier for us to not have to link for every single component.

The parts look good. You obviously have done some research and have chosen some nice parts.

Have fun.

Thanks everyone!

Sorry about not putting in the models, I was trying to post this before I left for work.

Just waiting on that video card, looks like it should be quiet with the bigger fan on it.

Already purchased the PSU (less than $50). Its very quiet (paper clip to short some pins on the 24 connector as per the manual to turn it on) and I will not be doing SLI/CrossFire, so I don't really need room to grow. I will probably replace the 4850 in 2-3 years to get some more life from the system (on my current box, I went from a 4400Ti to a 6600GT, which got me a few more years out of it).
