Here's the problem. Randomly at times when I start up my computer will not get any signal to the monitor. After a few power-downs and startups I finally see the Asus BIOS boot screen and the computer starts up normally. Also, at random times the computer will freeze forcing me to press the restart button on the front of the Computer. There is a temp gage on the face of the PC and seems to be normal temps. I do have a video card as well as on-board video. Both seem to have the same random startup issue, leading me to believe that it is not the monitor or the cables (which I have checked and replaced). Also, We thought the freezing might have been the mouse, but after using several different ones it does not seem to make a difference. Please help! I need this computer for work!! Thanks in advance!!

This is exactly how my computer runs if I have more than 1 ram stick in it ><

Try manually setting memory timing in BIOS.

Try manually setting everything you can. Auto or DEFUALT settings in BIOS usually get it wrong.

Try with 1 stick of ram and see if you continue to get this.

Like I said, with my machine, if If I use more than 1 stick of ran it runs like what u said yours runs like... but if I take all ram but 1 stick out then it works perfectly fine..

I really hope this is not the case with you, because there is no cure yet to the "only 1 stick of ram" problem

The RAM is definitely not the problem. The computer has been working fine since April, when I got it, but it just crapped out on me. I called the manufacturer and they are sending me a new motherboard. Hopefully that fixes the problem. Thanks for the response!
