I’m using a D-Link power line and there are settings for the Application QoS & Advanced QoS. Which choices would be optimal for online gaming?

Application QoS:
BitTorrent
eDonkey
eMule
VoIP & Video Streaming

Advanced QoS:
UDP is high priority, TCPiP is low priority
TCPiP is high priority, UDP is low priority
UDP Source Port xxx Priority
UDP Destination Port xxx Priority
TCPIP Source Port xxx Priority
TCPIP Destination Port xxx Priority
Use 802.1 Prioritization
No Prioritization

Generically speaking, you'd probably want to leave application QoS alone, and change Advanced to "UDP is high priority, TCPIP is low priority"

Most games out there use UDP communication. There are a few, though (World of Warcraft, for example) that us TCP/IP. So, it really depends on which games you play.

The games I mainly play are EQ2 & Darkfall.
