new ram suggestions

hello, im currently looking to upgrade my ram with my left over xmas money (about $50), so i have a few questions, CAS Latency...4 or 5? im currently looking at ddr2 800mhz 4-4-4-12 is better then ddr2 800mhz 5-5-5-15? tighter timings are better correct?
and this is the ram im currently looking at:

4gb drr2 800 (4-4-4-12, 1.8-1.9v) its $50 and i love g.skill ram
also, is there any ram out there that can go to 3-3-3-9 from 4-4-4-12? im currenty researching that
any RAM suggestions would be great, my q6600 is o/c to 3.0 at the moment going up to 3.6 if that mattters.

While I dont have the memory yet, from what I have read from the few reviews out there, they are an excellent set of memory..

yes, the customer reviews on newegg are great unfortunatley that set of ram wasnt on the toms hardware review of 4gb kits :/

1st 2 returns on a google search... Toms is not the end all and be all especially since they recommend Crucial Ballistix when I and many others have had problems with them.

Dude, its funny you said that. I did do research and actually went to those websites along with a review a found at driverheaven.com, and after im done posting this guess what im going to do! More Research!
