Cpu sudden death

Hi ppl, my monitor went berserk and the cpu suddenly stopped. I tried turning it on, I can see the fans move for a while and stopped. there's no beeping. What's wrong? faulty mother board?

berserk in what way? there are not enough details to really tell, but it could be a bad power supply.
Try to give as many details as possible, but it may be worth giving the power supply a swap.

It was like a spoilt tv, all lines and suddenly cpu died. If it's the power supply the fans still could move?
